My name is Carly and I’m the one behind Thunder Bitez! I created this business to give other dog owners a natural single ingredient option for treats!
It started when I was laid off of work due to Covid and me and my boyfriend got our beautiful boy Zeus. I always had a hard time finding a variety of options for our raw fed boy. I had the idea to start making my own treats for him so that I knew exactly what was going into them! And the rest is history!
Here we are 4 years later and this business has flourished into way more than I could have ever imagined! A big thank you to all you dedicated dog owners who have followed my journey and helped make my dreams into a reality! Cheers to more years to come!
Our Family
My Boyfriend and I have been together for over 6 years and Zeus has been with us for 4 of those! While Covid has been a terrible time for many we were fortunate to gain our 3rd family member (Zeus) after the first month of lockdown. In my opinion the best thing to come of this whole disaster.
Some of our favourite pass times are hiking, swimming at the beach, and training! On top of running this business I also recently started my own photography business (Niagara Pet Photography), and work a part time job. I used to be a pressure vessel welder but with the pandemic strike I realized that it wasn't the career path that would make me most happy. I couldn't be happier that I decided to take a risk and start my own businesses!
