Q: How long should I expect to wait before my order arrives?
A: Processing time is 3-4 weeks from time of purchase. This is the amount of time it takes me to prepare your order for shipping. All items are made to order so you know you will always be getting fresh product! Once shipped your order is in the hands of Canada Post which typically can be anywhere from a couple days to 2 weeks during peak season.
Q: What treats are best for training?
A: All of our treat options are easily breakable into smaller pieces for training! Our favourites are liver bitez and kidney chips!

A: All of our treats are single ingredient! That means what you see is what you get and there is nothing added!
